SPECIAL OFFER Setup Costs - just £800
To setup your website will cost you just £800, which is 1/3 off the normal price. If you want to add in other services, such as calling us into school to take photographs or wish to have a multi-language drop down menu, then that’s fine too. The extra prices are shown further down the page along with our hosting and support annual service options.
School Visit
Photos
A Morning of Photos £150
We’ll visit the school for a full morning and take photos of the children for your website.
Panoramic Images £100
We’ll arrive at school before the school day starts and take lots of photos of the different resource areas around school and then we’ll stitch the images together to form panoramic images. Then we’ll put these into an animated display on your website.

Multi-Language Menu - £50
Get the text that’s on your website translated into any of 91 languages (or the number of your choise). Please note that uploaded files such as pdf files or Word documents etc. will not be translated. However, if their contents are copied and pasted as text into a website post, then that will be translated with this product.

We charge just £180 a year for each website that we host.
Support
your level
Self-Help - £20 a year
At this level of support we expect you to do all of the updating of your website yourself, that is adding all of your posts with their attachments, such as newsletters, dinner menus, pupil premium, prospectus etc. as well as adding your own gallery images. We do understand that you might need a small alteration made to your website during the year if a need occurs, so we charge £20 for this level of support to cover roughly 45 minutes of our work.
Bronze Support - £360 a year
This level of support allows us to do roughly 1 hour of work for you per month, and we can do a lot for you within that hour. However, we also expect our customers who are on this support level to learn how to update the websites for themselves and, at some point in the future, to move to the self-help level of support.
Silver Support - £300 a year
This level of support covers roughly 2 hours of work for you per month. It is for those schools who are committed to having lots of multimedia updates on their site (image galleries and videos) but who cannot give the time to do this themselves. We would expect, however, that over time any schools on this level to move towards Bronze support.
Gold Support £400 a year
This level of support covers roughly 3 hours of work for you per month. It is for schools who have an emergency situation, who need a lot of information adding to their websites, but don’t have the resources to help themselves. We do not expect any schools to be on this level of support, it is just there in case the unforseeable happens.
The Setup Process

A www address
It is quicker for us if we setup a brand new www address for your site – however we can go through the process of having your old address passed over to us – but that can bring delays to the website setup time.
We setup the new site in a template format
Once the www address is in place it won’t take us long to have the new site in place.
Sending for information
We send a series of emails (just over 20 of them) asking for specific information. Once you have replied we will have all of the data we need to populate your website.
Website Photo Images
We either come in to school for a morning visit to take photos or you can send images over to us yourselves – the latter is free. We use these to stamp the website with your identity.
Multi-Platform Connections
We attach the website to any other social media platforms of your choice – this is normally Twitter but some schools also have a Facebook business page. Each time a new post is added by you to the new website it will automatically get pushed out into your social media platform so that the post will appear on your parent’s mobile phones, tablet devices etc. This will enable you to stay in touch with your parents more effectively.
Training Manuals and Videos
You download our training manuals from our website and use them and the videos to update and maintain your site. We’re always just an email away to help and support you.
